The ET300 is powered by a dynamic single-cylinder, two-stroke, liquid-cooled engine with balance shafts. Its adjustable suspension setup consists of a 910mm front and a 395mm rear. As with the other models, it features disc brakes and has tires sized 80/100-21 at the front and 140/80-18 at the rear.
